→ Majestic Discovery Circuit: Lima, Paracas, Nazca, Arequipa,

In this circuit you will be able to know the most visited destinations in our majestic Peru, such as the city of the Kings, where we will visit the Intihuatana Park, we will pass through the Huaca Pucllana, the El Olivar park, the main square, appreciating the Plaza de Armas from outside, With the Municipal Palace, Government Palace and the Cathedral of Lima, at the end of the tour you will enter the convent of Santo Domingo.

To continue the tour we will travel south to make the Excursion to the Ballestas Islands being able to observe the penguins and the figure of the chandelier on a dune in front of the sea, we will then continue towards the city of Nazca and then fly over the majestic Nazca lines, The circuit continues to the beautiful white city of Arequipa and then goes to the city of Puno and navigate Lake Titicaca, to continue advancing on our circuit we will visit the imperial city of Cusco.

On the tour of the Imperial city of Cusco we will enter the Cathedral and the Qoricancha temple, in addition to visiting the 4 ruins near the city. The next day we will continue our visit to the Pisac Ruins, to the traditional Pisac Market, we will appreciate the majestic landscape of the Sacred Valley and we will end the day with a visit to Ollantaytambo. We cannot finish the circuit without visiting our wonderful citadel of Machupicchu and appreciating its majesty.

Itinerary

Day 1 | Circuit

LIMA

Flight to Lima.
Welcome, reception and transfer to the select hotel.
We will stop at Parque Intihutana and enjoy a nice view of the Pacific Ocean, as we drive down the Miraflores Malecon, a road along the cliffs overlooking the ocean. We will begin our tour visiting the modern suburbs of San Isidro and Miraflores. We will ago by the Huaca Pucllana, a pre-inca pyramid shape temple that has survived the expansion of modern civilization. We will see the Olive Grove Park and the Financial Center.
Then we will visit downtown Lima’s historical center, designated by Unesco as Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 1991. In this journey, we will enjoy what once was the center of the 16th century Spanish colony. We will see the Plaza Mayor, the Presidential Palace, the Cathedral, the Archbishop`s Palace, the City Hall and the Desamparados Train Station. We will also see Plaza San Martin, a large park surrounded by old colonial buildings still displaying beautiful carved wood balconies and other landmarks.
We shall visit the Convent of Santo Domingo, where the relics of the three Peruvian saints Santa Rosa de Lima, San Martin de Porres and San Juan Macias are conserve. At the end of the tour, you will have a choice to either shop at the Indian Market, Larcomar Mall or return to your hotel.

FULL DAY PARACAS & ICA

03:00 am. Pick up from the hotel to transfer you to the bus station.
03:45 am. Departure by bus Cruz del Sur Semi-bed service to the Bay of Paracas.
07.45 am. Arrival to Paracas, reception and immediate transfer to the pier of La Marina Turística.
08.00 am. Board the skimmer to visit the Ballestas Islands, on the way they will see they will make a brief stop to observe the candelabra, enigmatic figure in the dunes of the dune on the sea, then continue the journey to the islands, where they can observe the ecosystem of the Ballestas Islands or Guaneras Islands, where sea lions inhabit, different species from guano birds, to penguins, return to Paracas.

Transfer to the bus station in Paracas to take a Bus to Nazca town

NASCA LINES OVERFLIGHT – AREQUIPA

At the appropriate time, transfer to the aerodrome where they will board the high-wing plane and fly over the enigmatic Nazca Lines for 35 minutes.
14:30 Transfer to the bus station to leave to Arequipa.
23:30 Arrival to Arequipa.

PUNO / TITICACA / UROS & TAQUILE ISLANDS

07:00 After breakfast visit to the Uros Floating Island, where you can appreciate their customs and in particular the construction of the islands and their houses built with totora that is a typical aquatic plant of the island, later the island of Taquile to appreciate their customs, lunch included in the island; return to Puno and transfer to the hotel.

Day 8 | Circuit

PUNO – CUSCO

06:00 Transfer to the bus station for the connection to the Imperial city of Cusco by Tourist bus in excursion service with 4 stops in route to visit the Lithic Museum of the ruins of Pucara, La Raya, Raqchi and the Church in Andahuaylillas; additionally an additional stop will be made in Sicuani for lunch. Arrival in Cusco and transfer to the hotel.

Day 9 | Circuit

CITY TOUR CUSCO + 4 NEARBY RUINS

14:00 For the City Tour, visiting the tourist attractions such as the Main Square, Koricancha, then visit the four nearby ruins of the city located 15 minutes: Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay, return to the Hotel.

SACRED VALLEY TOUR

Full day excursion to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, where you will visit the pampas of Calca, Lamay, the Indian Market of Pisaq, and lunch included in one of the tourist restaurants of Urubamba.
In the afternoon we will visit the Fortress of Ollantaytambo, at the end of the visit they separate from the group to walk or take a motorcycle taxi to the Ollantaytambo train station located about 500 meters. Approx.

Day 11 | Circuit

CUSCO – INKATRAIL TO KM 104

Transfer by ITEP Van, from Cusco to Train station, later train service to Km 104 “Inca Trail Entrance”.
Trekking Km 104 “Chachabamba to Inti Punku, the Sun Gate”
Today our trek takes us along the most impressive stretch of the Inka Trail. We will visit beautiful Inka sites, see a variety of flora and fauna and get to take in the fantastic panoramas of the Andes Mountains. Covering 16km of the trail our journey begins in the Sacred Valley and works its way up along an original Inca Trail to the Inca site of Wiñay Wayna before continuing on to Machu Picchu via the Sun Gate (Inti Punku).
As we make our way to Machu Picchu, we will pass through the lush and verdant cloud forest that covers the mountain and get to see a variety of plants, flowers and birds along the way. We may also see some larger mammals such as Viscachas (rabbit-like Chinchillas) and Spectacled Bears (if we are very lucky).
After a full day trekking we'll arrive to the Sun Gate (Inti Punku) in the late afternoon and get our first views of Machu Picchu spread out on the mountain below. The light at this time of day is great for photos because there are few tourists so it is a perfect time to take some pictures of the site. After we have passed through the Sun Gate, we will carry on along the trail a little way before taking a side trail that leads us to Aguas Calientes, in the valley below where we will check in to our hotel.

Day 12 | Circuit

MACHUPICCHU - THE SUNRISE EXPERIENCE

Waking up early (04:00am), we will take one of the first buses back up to Machu Picchu to enter the site as soon as it opens (06:00am) we will have 2-hours guided tour in the site where you will learn about the Inkas and visit all the most important areas of the citadel. After your tour, you will have free time to explore the site by yourself and if you have the permits to climb either Huayna Picchu (2 hours round trip) or Machu Picchu Mountain (3 hours round trip).
You will also have time to indulge in a few of the following activities on your own if you choose (not included in the price)

Climb up Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain and appreciate the beauty and magnificence of Machu Picchu from there.
Other optional activities in Aguas Calientes are a visit to the new local museum or bathe in the hot springs.

Back to Cusco: You will descend to Aguas Calientes by bus and later board the Expedition train to the Ollantaytambo Train Station “Train departure time can vary according train schedule and availability”. In Ollantaytambo Train station, you will meet our private van and you will be transfer to your hotel in Cusco.
