The flight of the condor in Cusco is located in the rural community of Chonta within Limatambo district, nestled between the mountains that shape a canyon, found in the ecological floor Puna, where you can see a wonderful panoramic landscape, forests, lakes, and rivers, and see the flight of the condor who daily make their trip of the area, attracting tourists to visit. Currently, this site features a habitat of 200 condors.
We start from your Cusco hotel in the morning for a full-day excursion of "The Flight of the Condor" by Kondor van, driving alongside the Anta plains. Visit the Moon Ruins, "Quillarumiyoc," and admire the views of the Limatambo valley below. 3 hours by Van to Chonta community, 3,900 m / 12,795 ft., when we arrive we have to walk one hour to Condors Lookout viewpoint. We continue observing the flight of the Condor then to have a box lunch with great vistas. After the flight of the Condor, we will drive to the town of Limatambo. Return to Cusco.

Muy buena experiencia! Conocer Perú y especialmente Machu Picchu mediante el camino Inca ha sido increíble y recomiendo esta experiencia 100% Las vistas naturales en este tour son fascinantes. Me gustó mucho la comunicación del guía del tour (Elio Mamani), los porteros, y las personas del grupo. El chef se lució con la comida, muy saludable y cargada de nutrientes y proteína! Magia completa tomando en cuenta que estábamos en medio de la montaña.

We had an awesome time doing the one day Inca Trail with Henry. He pointed out really cool birds and flowers, and shared lots of interesting Incan history with us as we passed landmarks. He really made our week, highly recommend him. The one day hike takes a lot of effort, but totally worth it if that's the only time you have. The company took care of everything you needed, transport, food, etc.
